Socializing with Student Organizations
The student ambassadors have continued the project of partnering with student organizations across campus in order to hold socials and spread the word about the administration and finance services as well as the ambassador program and all that they have to offer our student population. At these events, they were able to get to know the students in the organizations listed below and present the resources that the ambassador program and A&F division offer students. They were also able to answer any questions concerning the topic. Afterward, they hold the game night part of the events and get to know the students, and hold some great conversations.

Office of Administration Onboarding
A&F Student Ambassadors joined the Office of Administration Onboarding for the opportunity to connect with their service areas and receive key updates for Fall 2021.

A&F Services Support - Cougar Card Office
A&F Student Ambassadors assisted in distributing Cougar Cards to residents who are checking in with Housing, educated residents on how to upload photos online in AccessUH, and helped to distribute Cougar Cards to students, staff, and faculty at the Cougar Card Office and during the Housing Move-In Event at the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center.
Virtual Scavenger Hunts – Website Content Review
A&F Student Ambassadors provided 16 website content constructive feedback to multiple UH departments from a student perspective.

Student Focus Group on Transportation and Parking Services
The A&F Student Ambassador Team was able to meet with Transportation and Parking Services and they were able to hold very productive conversations on how to further help the student population. This was a very good opportunity for them to represent the student community to the University Administration while also learning about all the services provided to the student community.
Last Meeting of Spring 2021 (May 11, 2021) @ 3pm-4pm
The Student Ambassador Team concluded another successful semester with their last meeting of the semester and took the time to reflect on the work they've done and what they hope to improve. They also took the time to bid farewell to the ambassadors who graduated this semester and celebrate the work they did for the University.

Parking and Transportation Project Videos
To kick off a successful fall semester, the ambassadors began the parking and transportation video project in which the ambassadors helped parking and transportation brainstorm questions that students might have for parking and transportation and record videos with answers to these questions. The video has been posted to Youtube and will help students navigate their parking and transportation plans during the pandemic.

Student Social with the Student Government Association
One of the missions of the Student Ambassadors is to gain more exposure amongst students about the program for more successful outreach with the student body. One way the Ambassadors are doing this is by reaching out to student organizations. This fall, the Ambassadors did a presentation with SGA at a social we planned together in order to help students learn about the program and what we offer. Afterward, the SGA members and Student Ambassadors played Among Us, a popular online game, together and had a great time.

Student Ambassador Final Biweekly Meeting and Holiday Social
Though the pandemic has changed much, the Student Ambassadors have kept up their spirit, especially their Holiday Spirit. The Ambassadors wrapped up the semester with this final event to celebrate our successes this semester, plan for next semester and spread a little holiday cheer.
