UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Academic advising

Every undergraduate student in the College of Education is assigned an advisor. Find your advisor’s schedule and make an appointment.

Extra support

The College offers mentoring, tutoring, a food pantry and other services through our PEEPS support program. Call student success coach Laura Lee at 713-743-5043 to make an appointment, or stop by Farish Hall Room 160.

Graduate Students

Academic advising

All master’s students are assigned a staff advisor, available for in-person, phone or email appointments. Doctoral students are connected with faculty advisors.

Thesis and dissertations

Find thesis and dissertation deadlines and upcoming student defenses. Also, review procedures for graduate students.

Technology assistance

Students can access computers, printers and other services through our CITE Lab, opened Monday through Saturday.

Food pantry

If you or your family are having a hard time, please reach out. Our Cougar Cupboard 2 offers food and toiletries at no cost. To visit or volunteer, contact Laura Lee at llee15@uh.edu. Pantry hours are posted outside Farish Hall 128.
