Madison Brown is a dedicated higher education professional committed to connecting students and recent alumni with meaningful career opportunities while building strong partnerships with employers. As Senior Program Manager for University Career Services at the University of Houston, she develops employer engagement strategies, coordinates campus recruiting initiatives, and creates programs and resources that support career development and experiential learning.

Madison collaborates with employers, faculty, staff, and campus partners to expand recruiting opportunities across the university. Her responsibilities include coordinating career fairs and employer engagement events, supporting student employment initiatives, and contributing to assessment, marketing and communications efforts, and process improvements that enhance career services for both students and employers.

In addition to her work at the University of Houston, Madison serves as an Adjunct Instructor of English, where she teaches first-year composition and developmental reading and writing courses. Her experience in the classroom provides valuable insight into student learning and allows her to connect academic success with career preparation.

Prior to joining University Career Services, Madison earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with Secondary Licensure from the University of Southern Mississippi. During her undergraduate studies, she served as both an Academic Ambassador for the Center for Student Success and a Resident Assistant for Housing and Residence Life, where she helped foster supportive environments that encouraged student growth and achievement. She later earned her Master of Arts in English, Literature, and Language from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in education.

Through her work in both higher education administration and the classroom, she is committed to creating opportunities that strengthen connections between students, employers, and the University of Houston community.
