Teams Class

All courses have a Microsoft Teams course that can be activated and used to accept assignments and quizzes. Once you activate the team, students will have access. You can create assignments or quizzes and grade them in Teams. To find your class team open Teams, go to the Teams section and look under Classes. Classes will be named the same as your Canvas course with the semester and section.

Create an Assignment

You can create an assignment where students can upload documents that you can grade.

1. Navigate to the desired class team, then select Assignments.
2. Select Create>New Assignment.

Create a Quiz

You can create a quiz that students can take in teams. Quizzes are built using Microsoft Forms and any previously built quizzes can be used.

1. Navigate to the desired class team, then select Assignments.
2. Select Create > New Quiz.
3. Select New Quiz to create a new quiz or select an existing one. Use the search bar if you don't see the quiz you're looking for right away.

Grading

1. Navigate to the class and select Assignments. 
2. Assignments with work left to grade are sorted under the Ready to grade tab.
