Refund Policies

Voluntary Program Withdrawal

Effective May 2022, the University will no longer issue partial refunds for students who voluntarily withdraw from a program prior to departure, excluding deposits, which are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued according to the following schedule. This schedule may be revised in adherence to changes made at the university level. It is the responsibility of the student to know the refund schedule prior to committing to a program, as indicated by the payment of a deposit.

≥120 days prior to travel: All program fees (excluding deposits) are refundable.

≤119 days prior to travel: No refunds

Involuntary Program Withdrawals

Trip cancellations due to natural disasters, including global health crises; acts of war; government-mandated travel restrictions; strikes, riots, or protests; embargoes; or other incidents where there is deemed a credible risk to students, faculty, or staff may be subject to additional refund restrictions and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
