COUGAR SPIRIT CUP COMPETITION
Think your group has the most Cougar spirit? Prove it in the Cougar Spirit Cup Competition—a high-energy, weeklong showdown where student organizations go head-to-head in fun, creative, and challenging events during Homecoming Week! This is your chance to show off what makes your org stand out while celebrating all things UH—our culture, pride, traditions, and unstoppable spirit. With a theme broad enough to spark bold ideas, teams are encouraged to get loud, get proud, and get creative! Bring your A-game, bring the hype—and let the games begin!

SPIRIT CUP REQUIREMENTS
Teams can be comprised of an single registered student organization (RSO) or a combination of RSOs (i.e. fraternity or sorority, a sports club, an academic club, etc.). Additionally, individual students may also participate in the Spirit Cup Competition by creating a team of currently enrolled University of Houston students (i.e. residence halls, volunteer group, classmates) . The minimum number of participants a group must contain is five (5) with a maximum of thirty (30). All rules and deadlines apply to all teams. If you are unsure whether you are an eligible group or have any questions about the rules, please contact the Homecoming Board.
Teams are required to participate in all events. If the team is a registered student organization, all team members must be a registered member of the organization. Registration for the Spirit Cup and all other forms shall be found online through the UH Homecoming website.
One representative from EACH team participating in the Spirit Cup must attend at least one information session. Teams will NOT be able to participate in the Spirit Cup if they do not attend the meeting.
