Corks and Forks is a community event that features meticulously selected wines according to the theme of that year. It also is an opportunity to commemorate the Hilton College’s exciting future in being one of the nations most-leading hospitality schools! Corks and Forks is student-led, under the advisement of event executive director, Erin Kenyan. The funds raised from the event benefit the College’s educational programs.

 

In its inauguration October 12, 2022, the theme of Corks and Forks was Around the World where we featured wines from eleven different regions. This year the theme is The Big 12 to help celebrate the University’s move into their new sports division. On October 11, 2023 we will be featuring twelve wines, six red and six white varietals for our attendees to enjoy.
