ABOUT

Donuts with Dr. Dan is an informal session within the Division of Student Affairs designed to give students at the University of Houston an opportunity to discuss their college experience with the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs. We are excited to provide opportunities for Coogs to engage, inquire, discover, and learn about everything we have to offer at the university.

Whether you are a student living in one of the residence halls, in an apartment, or commuting from home, we want to connect and reconnect with you. The Division of Student Affairs is here to support your success and provide assistance where needed as you navigate your collegiate experience.

"In my role as the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs, I am interested in learning about your Cougar Experience. The Division of Student Affairs is comprised of 22 departments which include the Student Centers, The Justin Dart, Jr. Accessibility Center, The Center for Student Involvement, The Recreation Center, Student Housing, Veteran Services, Counseling and Psychological Services, The Center for Student Advocacy and Community, and more. When I speak with students, during these informal sessions I learn a bit more about what we are doing well, where we have been challenged, and where you think we can do better. I call these sessions "Donuts with Dr. Dan" and, yes there are donuts and other refreshments at each session. If you would be interested in sharing your perspective with me, click the link to register and I look forward to seeing you at an upcoming "Donuts with Dr. Dan" session." - Dr. Dan
