If you would like a mailbox, just specify in your organization registration that you would like to have a mailbox, or you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you get a mailbox for your organization.
Mail must be checked at least once a week, or it may be returned to sender if the box becomes too full.
Student Organizations can have both their mail and packages sent to the Commons Desk. If you would like your package sent to the Commons Desk, use the address on the bottom of your memorandum with your organizations name when shipping. If you receive a package at the Commons Desk, we will notify you through email.
The Carrel spaces have 106 spaces that are available for Student Organization use. Organizations apply for a carrel space during organization registration in April. If you have any questions about the carrel spaces, please contact the Cougar Involvement Ambassadors at email@example.com.
