Libby is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Houston. She received her Ph.D. from Duke University, where she was also a member of Scott Huettel's neuroscience laboratory. Libby studies the motivations and causal processes behind voters’ decisions using mouse-tracking and eye-tracking in addition to more traditional experimental methods.
