Teresa Guerra, Ed.D., is a bilingual pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 20 years of experience supporting children with speech, language, communication, and feeding needs. She serves as an adjunct clinical educator and guest lecturer in undergraduate and graduate Communication Sciences and Disorders courses. Her clinical expertise includes pediatric feeding disorders, including dysphagia, sensory-based feeding challenges, ARFID, and reduced nutritional intake, as well as augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), including eye-gaze and emerging AI-supported technologies. Dr. Guerra’s experience spans hospital, school, university, early intervention, outpatient, and private practice settings. Her doctoral research focused on inclusive education for English learners with autism. She is committed to advancing equitable access to communication and improving outcomes for children and their families.
