Brief Survey

Dear Friends,

Greetings from the University of Houston Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders (UH COMD).  I am contacting you with a very important request.  As part of our Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology of The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CAA) re-accreditation self-study we are gathering data concerning the preparation of our students for the workplace.

If you are a recent graduate of the master’s program in speech-language pathology (SLP), or if you have either supervised or hired a recent graduate of our master’s program in speech-language pathology, you could really help us out by completing the brief survey attached to the link below.  If you are neither of the above, but you know someone who fits either or both of those categories, you could help us by forwarding them this link.

We will use the information provided to assess the quality of our program and suggest areas for improvement.  No identifying information is requested. Your response to this survey is anonymous and the details will be kept confidential.

Your assistance with this process is critical to our success.  The more input we have the better we can use it to evaluate our program and to suggest areas for improvement.   As the only graduate program in speech-language pathology in Houston, we are committed to providing the Houston community with the best prepared, best educated speech-language pathologists possible. Won’t you please help us with that mission by following the link below, and completing our survey by July 19th, 2016?  Thank you in advance for your assistance, and Go Coogs!
Sincerely,
