The Program in Communication Disorders was developed by Dr. Genevieve Arnold in 1948. She also opened the University of Houston Speech & Hearing Clinic as part of the speech-language pathology training program. We have been serving the community for 75 years.
Join us on Saturday, April 29th for our anniversary celebration. The family friendly event will include food, games for kids, tours of our new home in Melcher Life Sciences, our Speech-Language-Hearing Mobile Unit, and a retrospective look at what we’ve accomplished through teaching, clinical training, research, and community outreach.
