Demetrius serves as the instructional assistant for the Achievement Initiative Marginalized Males (AIMM) Program. In his role, he oversees the planning and internal operations of AIMM, while supporting the holistic development of each of his members. Demetrius also supports various CDI diversity education programs and campus and community partnerships. Demetrius received his Bachelor of Arts in Sports Administration at Ball State University and his Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Eastern Michigan University. Originally he is originally from the small town of Elkhart, Indiana. He is avid about cooking, reading, watching sports and spending quality time with his family.
