• Three-wheel vehicles such as the Polaris Slingshot require a vehicle permit and are not eligible for a motorcycle permit. Three-wheel vehicles cannot be parked in motorcycle spaces but must use a standard parking space.

Canceling a Valid UH Parking Permit

Most valid UH parking permits can be canceled for a prorated refund. To do this, email parking@uh.edu once you no longer need it and provide your name and PSID number, and that you are requesting the cancellation of your parking permit. The cancellation email SHOULD NOT be sent until the permit is no longer needed. Permits are canceled at the time the email is received. A permit cancellation cannot be scheduled in advance.

The following permits are NON-REFUNDABLE after the 12th class day of the fall and spring semesters:

• All semester permits
• Evening-Weekend permits
• M-W-F and T-Th permits
• Motorcycle permits
