Spring 2024 Class Schedule Development Timeline

Roll the Spring 2023 class schedule to Spring 2024. All classes will have the Spring 2023 Instruction Mode value rolled into Spring 2024.

Spring 2024 course demand forecast data (Ad Astra: Align & Monitor) will be available on Friday. This data should be used by college/department decision-makers to engineer the class schedule to meet current student needs as well as new students.

Colleges begin building the Spring 2024 class schedule. Departments/colleges will review the “rolled” schedule and remove classes that will not be offered in Spring 2024.

Submit exceptions for “out-of-time band” exceptions.

Import Spring 2024 schedule from PeopleSoft to Ad Astra. Initiate Room Scheduling Optimization*

*No PeopleSoft and Ad Astra access from 09/11 – 09/18.

Student enrollment dates will be available the week of 10/09.

Students can begin using the Shopping Cart on 10/09.
