Students recognize that STEM opens doors to diverse careers within the sports industry, while using sports as a lens deepens their learning and engagement.

Heightened awareness and appreciation for the significance of STEM motivates participants to embrace STEM as a pathway to a successful future.

The ConocoPhillips STEMZONE Game Day occurs 3 times throughout the academic year highlighting the science of sport for K-12 students and their families attending the sporting event. Participants interact with sport exhibits that are developed based on STEM based curriculum standards prior to specific UH men’s football, women’s basketball, and men’s baseball games.
