Writing Bills

When elected representatives see an unaddressed problem or campus need, they research solutions and collaborate to draft formal legislation. Once the student senate votes on and passes a bill, it serves as an official directive signaling the student body's collective will. The Executive Branch then assumes the responsibility to enforce and help implement the passed legislation across the university.

Creating Initiatives

Executive initiatives represent strategic projects and campus programming pursued directly by the executive leadership rather than being officially written into senate law. To ensure transparency, these collaborative efforts and programs are organized first by executive priority benchmarks, then sorted by their current operational status, and finally listed alphabetically. Students can also access the entirety of our public records archive to track past and current organizational files.
