The University of Houston College of Nursing is engaged in the Accreditation Process February 22-24, 2023
The Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and Master of Science in Nursing degree offered by the University of Houston College of Nursing will be reviewed for continuing accreditation, and the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree will be reviewed for initial accreditation by a team of program evaluators from the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) February 22-24, 2023.
Written Comments
The public is invited to provide written comments regarding the degreed programs’ qualifications for accreditation.
All comments submitted to CCNE must be written in English, consistent with CCNE’s policy on Conduct of Business in English, and received by February 1, 2023.
Comments will be shared with the program evaluators prior to the evaluation, but at no time during the review process are these comments shared with the program, the CCNE Accreditation Review Committee or Board of Commissioners. During the review of the degreed programs, the evaluation team considers third-party comments, if any, that relate to the accreditation standards.
