Cecilia Pacheco Rojas serves as a program manager at the University of Houston’s Community Health Workers Initiative (CHWI). She supports program coordination, community outreach, and data-related efforts. She holds a bachelor’s degree in health with a concentration in health promotion and a minor in human development and family sciences from the University of Houston. Previously, she worked with the initiative as a program outreach intern and as a Community Health Worker (CHW) program assistant. She is committed to achieving impactful results and supporting her colleagues in advancing the initiative’s goals.
