TALCB Survey Report
This report is a survey of individual appraisers and appraisal management companies who are licensed to do appraisals in the state of Texas. Partnered with the Texas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board (TALCB), the survey is conducted every two years to elicit information for the TALCB from appraisal management companies and individual appraisers regarding their experiences doing business in the state of Texas. In addition, the survey asks appraisers about the various types of fees they receive and fees appraisal management companies charge for different types of properties. This study is a follow-up to similar surveys conducted in 2012, 2015, and 2017.
