Drexler’s in the Student Center Satellite is offering several limited time menu items during the spring semester.
The remaining schedule includes:
- A loaded barbecue brisket baked potato, served with mixed cheese, sour cream, barbecue sauce and green onions, will be available the week of March 5-9.
- During the week of March 26-29, the restaurant will serve a Southwestern Joe – a beef sloppy Joe with Latin American flavors.
- The final limited time menu item of the semester will be a chipotle barbecue chicken wrap, which will be available the week of April 16-19. It will have grilled chicken strips coated with chipotle barbecue sauce and combined with cheddar cheese, red onions and ranch dressing.
Two other limited time items were offered earlier in the spring: a barbecue chicken smashed sweet potato and a brisket doughnut sandwich.The barbecue restaurant, which debuted in the fall semester, is open Monday through Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and Fridays from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
