INSIGHT, EXPERIENCE EARN SAYLES RECOGNITION

As college administrator for the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS), Patricia Sayles has spent more than 20 years navigating the college’s many departments. This experience and tact have deemed her invaluable to the CLASS dean’s office.

"I have always marveled at her patience, foresight and altruism in training new staff," said one professor.

For her years of outstanding service to the university, Sayles is among this year’s Staff Excellence Award recipients. Award recipients receive a framed certificate and a $1,000 check.
