Support Staff Council Scholarships and Professional Development
- Staff Council Rodger Peters Staff Scholarship provides opportunities for UH staff members to develop their skills through a degree program or job-related course(s). This scholarship rewards those who demonstrate a commitment to academic excellence and a potential to succeed.
At present, there is insufficient funds in Staff Council Rodger Peters Staff Scholarship's fund to allow us to provide this scholarship. We hope to be able to offer it in the near future. See the Rodger Peters Staff Scholarship page for more details.
- The Staff Council Rebecca Szwarc Professional Development Reimbursement, also inspired by Rebecca Szwarc's passion for supporting staff development opportunities, is a new Staff Council initiative that will help individual staff members participate in professional development opportunities outside UH. See the Staff Council Rebecca Szwarc Professional Development Reimbursement page for more details or to apply.
These scholarships are made possible by the continuous support from the President's Office and fellow staff members. You can pledge to the scholarship funds directly online by visiting UH Gives Back or thru payroll deduction by submitting the attached Faculty/Staff Donation form.
