Undergraduate Committee (UC) meetings are scheduled to take place on the last Wednesday of the month from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in room 306 (Faculty Senate Office), M.D. Anderson Library, unless otherwise indicated.

Standing subcommittees meet each Wednesday, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. leading up to the monthly UC meeting located in conference rooms designated by the Chairs.

The subcommittee monthly reporting deadline is no later than Monday by 5:00 p.m. the week of the monthly UC meeting and should be sent to the UC Chair, Chair Elect and Program Manager of UAA per the scheduled meetings outline.

Persons interested in items submitted before the Undergraduate Committee are welcome to attend the meetings and/or contact subcommittees directly.
