The Innovation Center features more than 5,000 square feet of coworking and private office space designed for early-stage and scaling companies.

For science-based ventures, the UH Incubator Labs offer flexible, affordable space for early-stage R&D. Ideal for chemical, materials, and life sciences startups, the labs support testing, development, and pilot-scale production.
