- Change PO Owner – “Out of office” status - only use when a UH employee is on leave and needs to delegate approval authority
Catalog Purchase
- Adding Punchout Orders (2 minutes) – Processing catalog purchases
- Creating and Assigning Carts in Jaggaer (2 minutes) – creating shopping cart with an option to transfer the cart to someone else.
- Creating Requisitions in Jaggaer for Catalog Order (1 minute) – creating a shopping cart and turning it into a requisition.
Non-catalog Purchase
- Creating Requisitions in Jaggaer for Non-catalog Order (4 minutes) – creating a requisition.
- Adding Cost Centers Split Expenses (2 minutes) – recording multiple cost centers for the purchase.
- Search for Documents – Suppliers (3 minutes) – searching for a requisition or a PO.
