Neil Hart has more than 20 years of experience in Auxiliary Services operations and currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Parking and Transportation at the University of Houston. In this role, Neil oversees the strategic direction and management of an extensive portfolio of services including contract parking operations, event and visitor parking operations, valet services, alternative transportation services (COAST), shuttle services, on-demand shuttle services, parking enforcement services, parking garage and surface lot management and maintenance, and parking technology services. Hart has a Master of Business Administration from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio and is an alumnus of the University of Houston with an undergraduate degree in Journalism. Hart is a certified auxiliary services professional (CASP) and certified administrator of public parking (CAPP).
