SUMLIN TO COACH COUGAR FOOTBALL 101

University of Houston head football coach Kevin Sumlin and his staff will play host to the second Cougar Football 101 for Women at 6 p.m., June 3 at the Athletics/Alumni Center. The program is designed to make the female fans of the Cougars the most football savvy in the country.

Based on last year’s highly successful event, the evening will provide participants with several interactive learning opportunities and a chance to take part in actual football drills. The program will also cover strength and conditioning, sports medicine and team apparel and equipment.

A $25 registration fee can be paid online by clicking here. Registration is also available by calling 713-GO-COOGS. The deadline to register is June 1. Participants must be at least 18 years old to attend. Sports attire and athletic shoes are required.
