The Houston Parks Board, with the organization’s extensive and ambitious renovation for bayou’s and parks, calls for volunteers to help beautify the city of Houston’s waterways! On this day, volunteers can expect to help plant spring flowers, tree saplings, and other natives to help sustain and beautify our environment!

The Houston Food Bank is a non-profit organization that collects and distributes food to hunger relief charities. Food usually comes from various sources in the food industry, like grocery stores and wholesalers, that have thousands of pounds of food to give away food that could otherwise be thrown away.

The Beacon is a non-profit organization that serves the Houston homeless community through daily services, civil legal aid, counseling and mentoring and access to housing. As volunteers, we will be helping greet guests, lunch preparation and serving, and assisting with laundry.
