Coogs Without Borders

Coogs Without Borders celebrates the many ways University of Houston students engage with the world. Through poster presentations, interactive exhibits, artwork, digital media, and lightning talks, students share the global experiences that have shaped their academic, professional, and personal journeys.

From study abroad and international research to global internships, service-learning, and local-global engagement, presenters will showcase the knowledge, skills, and perspectives they gained while navigating diverse cultures and communities.

Call for Student Presenters

UH students from all disciplines and degree levels are invited to apply to present their global experiences at Coogs Without Borders.

Artifact, Art, and Digital Media Exhibits (12 available)
Selected participants may be invited to deliver a featured lightning talk during the event.

Presenter Notifications: October 5
Poster Submission Deadline: October 12
Event Date: October 21
The Institute for Global Engagement will provide poster templates and cover all poster printing costs for accepted poster presenters.
