Location: 

Due to building construction, EOS is temporarily located in a secure suite within Health 2 Building (health complex next to the Recreation Center at corner of MLK and Wheeler). Please contact our staff in advance for any appointment to receive confirmation and visitor instructions. (Please see Building HBS2 #483 on this map.)

*EOS is available during normal business hours (weekdays 8am to 5pm C.S.T. except during holidays and University closures).

*An EOS check-in area is located on the 2nd floor of Health Building 2 at Conference Room 2213 in Health 2 (between Cougar Grounds and the CAPS lobby). If the room is already occupied, there is a bench located outside the room. Be sure to call ahead to reduce wait time for an appointment and EOS office escort. Use the QR code on-site or call 713-743-8835  and press option 7 to check-in for your appointment.

Parking: 

Visitor parking is available at a pay-per-hour rate in the Health 2 parking lot. Drop off carpools are complimentary for the first 15 minutes in the building parking lot.

Upon Arrival: 

Please call your EOS contact person, or use the check-in number provided to arrange for an escort up to the secure suite.
