Dating back to 2019, the archived newsletter has been produced by Alan P. Rossiter (2019–2024). Since 2025, the program has been led by Gary Gildert with the help of the UH Energy interns: Hisham Habli and Carla Romero.

The newsletter is produced by UH Energy with the support of the State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) in Austin, Texas.
