Ticketing Information

There are two authorized ways to purchase tickets to a show at the Cullen Performance Hall:
- Online through our e.Venue site: cph.evenue.net.
- Directly with the Cullen Performance Hall Box Office.
Cullen Performance Hall is a cashless facility. Cullen Performance Hall accepts all four major credit cards, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Guests can buy up to four tickets per ticket order.
Digital Tickets
Guests must use digital tickets unless they select "Will Call" as their disposition. CPH does not support at-home printed tickets. Tickets are either mobile or printed at the theatre directly.
Refunds & Credits
In the event of a cancellation, refunds are only made to the original purchaser and issued for the face value of the ticket(s) only. Per ticket fees are nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify the purchaser.
Tickets from Unauthorized Retailers
If you purchase tickets to an event from an unauthorized source, you do so at your own risk. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and if so are void. Cullen Performance Hall values customers’ privacy and security, and will not access records nor reprint tickets for anyone who cannot be verified as the original ticket buyer. Fraudulent tickets will not be admitted into the theater. Tickets cannot be reprinted.
Ticket Transfers
Transferred tickets have no monetary value and may not be resold under any circumstances. All ticket sales are final—no refunds or exchanges will be issued for events at Cullen Performance Hall. Cullen Performance Hall is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to keep their tickets secure.
Children
A ticket is required for children ages 3 and up. Any children 2 years and under are permitted to sit in an adult's lap.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is offered on the orchestra level.
