There are two ways to buy tickets for performances at the Cullen Performance Hall. Online or through the Box Office.

Tickets purchased from a 3rd party vendor cannot be verified or gauranteed by the venue. Please use the direct link to purchase tickets from the Cullen Performance Hall.

Refund Policy: Once an order is placed, there are NO REFUNDS on tickets unless otherwise specified. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser and are issued for the value of the tickets only. Processing fees are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify the purchaser.
Box Office
The box office at Cullen Performance Hall will open 4 hours prior to the start time of any ticketed show. In addition, the box office will be open to purchase tickets by phone, 832-842-3131 or in person:

The box office will be closed on all university holidays.
