Ticketing FAQs

CPH does not accept at-home printed tickets under any circumstances.

No. Tickets cannot be printed at home and must be downloaded to a mobile device. If you prefer to pick up your tickets in person, select Will Call during checkout.

If you have already purchased tickets and would like to change your delivery method, please contact the box office for assistance.

NFC Tap Tickets require tickets to be downloaded into the mobile Wallet for use.

Here are the steps:

Step 1 — Log in to your Paciolan account with your email or account number. 
Step 2 — From the Upcoming Events page, select the show you're attending to access your tickets.

Step 3 — Choose "Add to Wallet" to save ticket(s) to your mobile device. 
Step 4 — Open your phone's mobile wallet to have your ticket ready to scan at the door on show day. 

For the best experience, use Safari on Apple devices and Chrome on Android devices when viewing or downloading your tickets.

Cullen Performance Hall is transitioning from QR code tickets to NFC Tap Tickets for faster and more efficient venue entry.

For events using NFC technology, guests will simply tap their phone at the ticket reader instead of scanning a barcode.

Helpful Tips

• Open your ticket before reaching the entrance.
• Unlock your phone before tapping.
• Hold the top of your phone above the reader for a few moments.
  
  

All Cullen Performance Hall tickets can be transferred to another guest.

 Here are the steps:

1. Log in to your Paciolan ticketing account.
2. Under Upcoming Events, select the tickets you want to transfer.
3. Enter the recipient's mobile phone number, or select Use Email Instead and enter their email address.
4. Select Review Transfer.
5. Select Transfer.

 Important to Note:

• The sender may cancel the transfer at any time before the recipient accepts it.
• The recipient must accept the transfer before the tickets are delivered.
• If the recipient declines the transfer, the sender must initiate a new transfer request.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for events at Cullen Performance Hall.

Cullen Performance Hall is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen tickets.

Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their tickets secure.

Student ticketing accounts only display events that offer student-priced tickets. If no events appear when you log in, student tickets are not currently available for any upcoming events.

Students who wish to purchase regular-priced tickets may create a separate account using a non-student email address.
