Board Policies

The policies of the UH System Board of Regents and take precedence over all other policies.

SAMs

System Administrative Memoranda (SAMs) are policies that specify rules to implement Board policies or establish rules of overall System concern not addressed in Board policies.

MAPPs

University policies, known as the Manual of Administrative Policies and Procedures (MAPPs), are applicable only to UH.
