Compliance at UH is handled in a decentralized manner by officers and adminstrators throughout the university.  The UH Compliance Matrix details the decentralized matrix of UH officers and administrators responsible for specific compliance areas, coordinated and supported by the Office of General Counsel, the Office of Internal Audit, and the Chief Compliance Officer.

This matrix is a resource for the UH community to assist them in locating the appropriate individuals to contact with questions or concerns related to a specific function. It is not intended as an exclusive or definitive listing of all compliance activities.  The accountable department and senior officer listed on the Compliance Matrix is responsible for ensuring compliance in the area specified.
