Our Graduate Program has a strong focus on Mexican Studies which capitalizes on our proximity, both cultural and geographical to Mexico. The focus on Mexican Studies is developed by the following faculty:

Cultural Studies

Our areas of expertise are various and heterogeneous, and some of our faculty members do not identify themselves exclusively with a subject and/or geo-cultural area of expertise. Subjects such as exile, visual arts, creative writing, to name a few, do not belong to a specific unit within our department, and constitute fertile ground for interdisciplinary approaches and trans-regional perspectives.
