Any CCA registered organization can reserve a popcorn machine, snow cone machine, cotton candy machine, cart, etc. for their events or fundraising efforts for FREE! Equipment reservations are based on first come, first served basis. The equipment does not have to be used at cultural or diversity-related events, but the event does have to be on the UH campus.

All requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the desired reservation date.

Some of the equipment available includes:

• Storage containers (Only for day of event)
• Cooler
• Cotton Candy Machine
• Popcorn Machine
• Snow Cone Machine
• Cart/Dolly
• A-Frames/Sandwich Boards

Upon receiving equipment, an RSO representative will be given a short training on how to use and clean equipment. They will also be required to sign an equipment reservation form. A copy of the Equipment Usage & Cleaning Instructions will also be provided.
