• Students registered for the departmental credit exam must be enrolled at the University of Houston to have credit awarded and must not be registered for the course for which credit is being attempted.
• If a student is not present for the scheduled exam, the student may request to receive a 50% refund.
• The refund request must be submitted in writing within 15 days of the registered test date along with the exam admission ticket to  UH Testing Services
