Postal Chargebacks
Chargeback Research (Effective 6/14/2018)
Delivery Services will be charging an hourly rate to do research for Postal charges that are more than two months old. If less than two months, there will be no charge, because it is current work.
If older than two months, there will be a $20/hr charge for said research. The minimum charge is for one hour of work. We will need a cost center number prior to engaging any research.

Take Note: Due to an accounting error the December charges were posted to the 1074 incorrectly. For the month of January 2019, the 1074 report will reflect the correct amount for December 2018 activity and the pending activity for January 2019.
We apologize for the error and are working with UIT to streamline the process to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The incorrect amount will be credited in the month of January 2019
