Mail and Package Tracking Portal Information

How to Log In to the Mail and Package Tracking Portal 

To access the Mail and Package Tracking Portal, log in to AccessUH and click the corresponding icon on your dashboard.

Might be required to log in using your UH credentials.

  • Use the portal to:

    • View current delivery status
    • Confirm receipt of packages
    • Access delivery history

How to Search for Mail or Packages

To view items processed under your name:

  • Click on My Packages and Mail.
  • The portal will display all trackable mail and packages associated with your name, along with their current status.

What If My Tracking Number Doesn’t Appear? 

If your item isn’t listed under My Packages and Mail, it may not yet be:

  • Verified or processed by UH Delivery Services.
  • Entered into the system.

To manually check the status: 

  • Or enter the tracking number in the search bar located in the top-left corner.

 

Definition of Mail and Package Tracking Statuses 

 

Residential Student

Status  Definitions 
Final Notice for Pickup Mail/package will be held at our office for 2 additional days before being returned to sender.
Package Delayed, Pickup Required Mail/package is available for pickup due to incorrect address, missing mailbox, name mismatch, or damage.
Delivered to Locker Mail/package placed in locker; a PIN code will be emailed for pickup.
Locker Code Expired PIN code has expired; Delivery Services will retrieve the mail/package from the locker.
Packaged Removed, Pickup Required Mail/package removed from locker; available for pickup at our office.
Picked Up from Locker Mail/package has been picked up from the locker.
Package Oversized, Pickup Required Package too large/heavy for locker; must be picked up at our office.
Perishable, Pickup Required Package requires temperature control; must be picked up at our office.
Picked Up from Delivery Services Mail/package has been picked up from our office.
Processed for Locker Mail/package processed for placement in locker.
Reprocessed for Delivery Mail/package reprocessed for locker or delivery.
Returned To Sender Mail/package returned to sender after not being picked up in allotted time.
Second Reminder for Pickup Reminder to pick up mail/package at our office.
Stored at Delivery Services Mail/package stored at our office for pickup.
Need to Verify, Pickup Required Mail/package must be picked up for verification due to insufficient label information.

 

Faculty and Staff

Status  Definitions 
Attempted Delivery Delivery was attempted but not completed; mail/package will be returned to office for pickup.
Declined Delivery Delivery declined; mail/package returned to office for pickup.
Delivered Mail/package delivered to department’s designated drop-off location.
Delivered to Locker Mail/package placed in locker; a PIN code will be emailed for pickup.
Locker Code Expired PIN code expired; Delivery Services will retrieve mail/package from locker.
Packaged Removed, Pickup Required Mail/package removed from locker; available for pickup at our office.
Picked Up from Locker Mail/package picked up from locker.
Picked Up from Delivery Services Mail/package picked up from our office.
Processed for Delivery Mail/package processed for standard delivery.
Processed for Locker Mail/package processed for placement in locker.
Reminder for Pickup Reminder to pick up mail/package at our office.
Reprocessed for Delivery Mail/package reprocessed for locker or delivery.
Returned to Sender Mail/package returned to sender after not being picked up in allotted time.
Package Exceeds 50lbs, Pickup Required Package exceeds 50lb limit; stored at our office for pickup.
Need to Verify, Pickup Required Mail/package must be picked up for verification due to insufficient label information.
