Mail and Package Tracking Student FAQ

Please log on to AccessUH and click the icon for Mail and Package Tracking – Faculty and Staff. Use your credentials to log in.

To check packages that are processed under your name, click on “My Packages and Mail”

It will show all the trackable mail and packages that have been processed under your name, with the status.

If a package does not appear in “My Packages and Mail”, the package/mail isn’t processed into the system, verified or processed for the department. To check the status of the package, have the tracking number of the package, go to “Tracking Number Search” on the home page or enter the tracking number in search bar on the left-hand corner.

Status  Definitions
Final Notice for Pickup Mail/Package will be held at our office for an additional 2 days before returning the mail/package to sender.
Package Delayed, Pickup Required Mail/Package is available for pick up at our office. It must be picked up due to incorrect address, incorrect/missing mailbox, name not matching Housing database, or damaged package.
Delivered to Locker Mail/Package has been placed in the locker. A pin code will be sent to your email for pick up.
Locker Code Expired Pin code to pick up mail/package has expired and no longer can be used. Delivery Services will pull the mail/package from locker.
Packaged Removed, Pickup Required Mail/package has been removed from locker and will be available for pick up at our office.
Picked Up from Locker Mail/package has been picked up from locker.
Package Oversized, Pickup Required Package is too large/heavy to fit in the locker. Must be picked up at our office.
Perishable, Pickup Required Package must be in a temperature controlled environment. Must be picked up at our office.
Picked Up from Delivery Services  Mail/Package has been picked up from our office.
Processed for Locker Mail/Package has been processed to be placed in the locker.
Reprocessed for Delivery  Mail/Package has been reprocessed for the locker/delivery.
Returned To Sender Mail/Package has been returned to sender as it was not picked up in the allotted time.
Second Reminder for Pickup A reminder to pick up your mail/package at our office.
Stored at Delivery Services Mail/Package has been stored at our office for pick up.
Need to Verify, Pickup Required Mail/Package must be picked up from our office to be verified as there is insufficient information on the label to process.
