  • Enroll in classes and finalize your schedule for the term.

  • Make sure you have secured your courses with payment before the billing due date by signing up for a payment plan.

  • Complete the VA Certification eForm under the Academic Records tile. Click here for instructions.

  • Allow five to seven business days for processing.

  • We recommend that you apply for the Payment Plan (Emergency Deferment if not living on campus; Short-Term Deferment for on campus housing) to secure your courses in case Post-9/11 is not applied by the payment deadline.
  • School Certifying Officials are unable to certify classes that do not apply to a student’s degree plan. Repeated classes that have received a passing grade are unable to be recertified, unless the university’s catalog allows repeated classes for a better grade.
  • Please allow the VA six to eight weeks to process claims/benefits.
