Campus Solutions Student Records Training Welcome to The myUH Student Administration PeopleSoft Training Information Page for Staff

Student Record Training is available online via TAP Employee Online Training module.

Register for Campus Solutions Student Record Training via P.A.S.S and it will appear in T.A.P. Employee OnlineTraining 24 hours.  Note:  Temporary UH employee (POI), cannot access P.A.S.S.
Please send an email to ulearn@central.uh.edu to register for training.

After completing required training module, please submit the Security Form electronically using the process outlined here.

Staff requiring access to view and work with student record data must attend training first.

SAXVWI - Viewing & Working w/SI Student Information –  

This online training provides information about the Campus Community - Student Services Center component. Using the Student Services Center, administrative personnel can access various components and view more granular data in the student record. This component can be considered as a “one-stop” shop to view the following student informationPrerequisites: None 

SAXSIB: Managing Service Indicator  

This online training will introduce you to the types of service indicators and demonstrate how you can add, remove, and audit service indicators. Prerequisites: None 

SAXGRT- Graduation Tracking 

This tool allows administrators to track a student’s progress and review, and update the graduation status for candidates   Prerequisites: None 

SAREMB - Enrollment Management 

This training demonstration is designed to prepare end users to enroll, drop, and swap classes for students. Topics covered include creating and looking up enrollment requests. Upon successful completion of the training module and quiz, users who need to have security access to the Enrollment Request page would request such access in Campus Solutions (instructions attached).  Prerequisite:  SAXVWI: View Work With Student Information.

SARSRW - Updating Program/Plan  

This training demonstration is designed to prepare end users to update programs, plans, and subplans in the Program/Plan stack. Topics covered include adding, removing, and changing programs, plans, and subplans and using discretion to determine when to process a request or forward it to the Office of the University Registrar. Upon successful completion of the training module and quiz, users who need to have security access to the Student Program/Plan would request such access in Campus Solutions (instructions attached).

SAXUAA - Audit/Degree Progress 

This online training demonstration is designed to prepare end users to run, view, and interpret the Degree Progress Report (DPR), for advising. Upon successful completion of the training module and quiz, users who need to have security access to the DPR would request such access in Campus Solutions (instructions attached).  Prerequisites: None 

 SARCMU - Updating Class Schedule* 

This hands on training prepares end users to update the class schedule. This training requires departmental approval.

*Facilitator Led sessions will be delivered virtually, using the TEAMS.  Participants will receive specifics regarding the sessions, one day prior to the session, from the facilitator.  Participants must also have access to the UHVPN in order to log into the training databases, if joining the sessions remotely.
