Staff members requiring access to view and work with Student Information must attend specific courses before access will be granted.

myUH Student Administration Training
Please log into your myUH self-service account (P.A.S.S.) to view available dates/times for training sessions. Click the myUH Student Administration Training Information link below to view enrollment instructions and course listings.

myUH Student Administration Training Information (updated) - Registration information, dates, times and locations are now available in employees' P.A.S.S. accounts. Detailed course information is also now available on the Human Resources Calendar.

The Campus Solutions System Security Access Request Form must also be completed and submitted prior to attending training.

UHPRD Imaging System Access Form
Requests for access to PeopleSoft Imaging are now processed using the Campus Solutions System Security Access Request Form. Please select the access level desired in the Admissions or OUR sections of the form. Forward the form to either the Admissions or Student Records Campus Security Administrator.
