Campus Sustainability Committee
Mission: To foster a culture of sustainability that guides scholarship and operations, advances social and environmental excellence and positions University of Houston as a Top 50 public university.
The Campus Sustainability Committee serves as the shared governance body charged with advising the university administration on sustainability initiatives. The committee represents University of Houston faculty, staff and students. The Committee uses STARS as the framework for evaluating and tracking University sustainability initiatives.
