About Me
Grady was born in the heart of Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Indianapolis, Indiana at the age of three. With a strong background in social services, Grady has spent much of his career supporting youth in the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. His journey also led him into the world of higher education, where he found a true passion for guiding and uplifting others.
Currently serving as the Associate Director for the Center for Student Empowerment, Grady is dedicated to helping people discover their inner strengths and build the confidence they need to chase their goals. He believes in meeting people where they are and encouraging them to keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles. Outside of work, Grady is a true 90s R&B enthusiast who never misses a chance to catch live music. He's especially a big fan of Houston’s own Marium Echo. Whether he’s at a concert or on campus, Grady brings positive energy and a genuine love for helping others grow.
