Dear Alumni,

I want you to feel the excitement I felt on campus today. With passage of Proposition 4, the University of Houston is in a better position to achieve Tier-One status than ever before. In my Fall Address this morning, I outlined the university’s progress toward achieving that goal, as well as some of the challenges we will face along the way. Ultimately, what I felt was a renewed energy from our faculty and staff to work together to reach Tier One.
